Mysterious True Crime

A missing‑person case turned murder, a ghostly voice captured on live television, and an inexplicable crash on a quiet expressway. Seven years later, investigators would discover that these events were far more connected — and far stranger — than anyone first realised.

In August 1966, Miguel and Manoel were found dead on Vintém Hill in Brazil, with homemade lead masks beside them and cryptic instructions in their pockets. With no visible injuries or clear cause of death, the mysterious circumstances sparked decades of speculation, from spiritualist experiments and accidental poisoning to murder and UFO encounters.
